We make use of the courier services of USPS, Fedex or Royal Mail. Our expected shipping and delivery time frame on all our orders is 7-10 business days.

Our warranty is currently exclusive within US, UK, EU and Canada market only.
How can I get updates about out of stock items?
We try to replenish all out of stock items every 2 – 3 weeks. You can register your email address on the specific item to have an update once the item is available.
How can I check my order status?
An email confirmation will be sent to the registered email used to place the order. In case you need further assistance, please contact Customer Support.
Refund for Online Orders
Ordered items needs to be returned to our warehouse before we can process any refund. Once the return is complete, it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
